It’s been nearly 10 years since Emma Watson first charmed audiences as the teacher’s pet wizard-in-training Hermione Granger in the first Harry Potter movie. In seemingly less time than it takes to flick a wand and murmur a spell, the British actress has transformed from an from adorable 11-year old to precocious tween to budding fashionista to the face of Burberry to a designer in her own right, seen here most recently (far right) rocking a lace and feather Rafael Lopez dress at the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 London premiere last week. When she cut her hair into a chic pixie earlier this year, Emma distanced herself from Hermione and cemented herself as a style star to watch. The Brown University student’s first post-Harry part is alongside Michelle Williams in My Week with Marilyn, so expect her look to travel back in time again—this time through the magic of hair, makeup and wardrobe.

People magazine says Ryan Reynolds is sexiest man

NEW YORK - Can life get much better for Ryan Reynolds? After all, he's married to Scarlett Johansson.
Oh, yes it can. People magazine has bestowed its "sexiest man alive" title on the 34-year-old actor.
Reynolds is about to star on-screen as the Green Lantern. The Canadian native told People: "The sexiest thing about Canadians is that there's an inherent ability to be self-deprecating. That has served me well in my career and personal life."
It's the 25th anniversary of People's first sexiest man , Mel Gibson. Others given the title include John F. Kennedy Jr., Harrison Ford and Richard Gere. George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp have won it twice.
People announced its 2010 list on Wednesday.

A rare pink diamond smashed the world record for a jewel at auction Tuesday, selling for more than $46 million to a well-known gem dealer.

Sotheby's agents applaud after a rare pink diamond has smashed the world record for a jewel sold at auction after a well-known gemstone dealer bid over $46 million for the precious stone in Geneva, Switzerland, Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010. The 24.78 carat "fancy intense pink" diamond was sold Tuesday for $46,158,674 by Sotheby's.
